- Clause I19A02/ 52.219-4 - Notice of Price Evaluation for Hubzone Small Business concerns has been added to the solicitation. Solicitation closing date has been extended to 8/29/11 Solicitation for NSN: 6220-01-347-4630/0041855313, Panel, Indicating, Light transmitting, CMC Electronique inc. (CAGE 90073), Part #622-601414-000, FOB Origin, Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. The only approved source for this item is CMC. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete Source Approval Request (SAR) package. Solicitation will be for a firm fixed price quantity of 338 each. The solicitation issue date will be July 20, 2011 with a close date of August 29, 2011. Required delivery will be 171 days ARO. Sampling for Inspection & Testing shall be IAW ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
