Description

The project is the Grounds Maintenance on the North Bend Compound of the Snoqualmie Ranger District on the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. The grounds area is approximately 5.78 acres as shown on the vicinity map. Work includes lawn care, flower and shrubbery beds and tree and shrub maintenance, and disposal of debris. Snoqualmie Ranger District offices are located at 902 SE North Bend Way, Bldg #1, North Bend, WA.. From Seattle, go east on Interstate 90 to Exit 31. Take the exit and go left on the round about onto Bendigo Way. Drive north approximately one mile and turn right onto SE North Bend Way. Drive east approximately 2 miles to the Ranger Station. The estimated issue date is on or about August 15, 2011. The estimated start work date is October 1, 2011. The contract is Base year with the possibility of two option years.The project is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The technical contact is Sandy Podbreggar, telephone (360) 802-5306.
