- The solicitation may be downloaded from the House website at http://www.house.gov, Doing Business With The House, under Procurement Opportunities, Current Solicitations. No solicitation documents will be posted to FedBizOpps. Requirement : The U.S. House of Representatives (House), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), is seeking vendors to provide contracted resources to the House in support of its PeopleSoft application. The House uses PeopleSoft to manage many elements of day-to-day operations, including Budgeting, Accounts Payable, Procurement and Inventory Management, among other functions. On October 12, 2010, the House transitioned to PeopleSoft as its financial system of record. Scope : The House has implemented the following PeopleSoft modules: General Ledger; Commitment Control; Purchasing; Accounts Payable; Accounts Receivable; and Asset Management. Potential new PeopleSoft initiatives that may result in task orders include an upgrade to PeopleSoft version 9.1, integration to a Content Management system, Budget and Planning and use of additional PeopleSoft modules. Contract Awards : The House contemplates awarding one or more indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) master contracts with fixed labor rates covering each of the following labor categories: Functional Support, Technical Support/Development, Server/Database Administration, Security Administration, Workflow Administration, Performance Testing/Tuning, Training and Project Management. The House will administer task order competitions among master contract holders and award task orders for specific contracted resources as needs arise. Wishod, Procurement Specialist, CAO Procurement Management, at steven.wishod@mail.house.gov no later than 2:00pm local time on August 11, 2011. Questions received by that time will be addressed in an Amendment to the solicitation posted on the House website. Solicitation Amendments : Any changes to the solicitation, including any change to the date proposals are due, will be posted as Amendments to the solicitation on the House website. Proposal Submission : Please refer to Section L of the solicitation for all proposal submission requirements. Proposals Due : Unless changed by an Amendment to the solicitation, all proposals must be received no later than 2:00pm local time on August 29, 2011. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.
