Description
Re-Paint Inscriptions at the FDR Memorial and the WWII Memorial. Work includes but is not limited to providing all necessary supervision, labor, and materials to Re-Paint Inscriptions at the FDR Memorial and the WWII Memorial. The work for this contract is located at the FDR Memorial and the WWII Memorial part of the National Mall and Memorial Parks, Washington, DC. The estimated magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Type of award will be firm-fixed price construction. The Davis-Bacon Act wage determinations will apply. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.502-2, Total small business set-asides, this procurement is 100-percent set-aside for small business concerns. The small business size standard is $14 milliion. A small business concern is defined as a concern (including all of its subsidiaries) having less than or equal to $14 million annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. The solicitation along with attachments will be issued electronically and downloadable at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and https://www.fbo.gov on or about August 12, 2011. No hard copies will be issued. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. To receive a government award, prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and complete Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. A site visit will be scheduled for all interested parties with the time and date to be announced in the solicitation. Responses will be due approximately 30 days following issuance of solicitation. Actual response date will be established at the time solicitation documents are available. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
