- Request for Information - Electronic Briefing Tablet Capabilities The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking a vendor to provide a commercial of-the-shelf (COTS) tool or aid in the development of a software tool that serves as a data aggregation and management platform in which to digitally compile, sort, and disseminate daily briefing materials. Please see the attached document for further description of requirements and questions. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice. Response to the Request for Information does not guarantee preferences in the event that this requirement is competed in the future.
