- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney aeronautical Center, has a requirement for OPNET software (Brand Name only, no substitutions) which has been set aside for 8a concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430. All interested 8a concerns should submit their quote by email directly to Harold.Hannah@faa.gov and reference RFQ number DTFAAC-11-R-06703. All responses must be received by 3 August 2011, 15:00 Central Time. The attached document is a list of the required software/maintenance. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
