- This is a Sources Sought Announcement for The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Intramural Research Program (IRP) for which the agency is seeking to set-aside for small business. The agency requires the following items: DescriptionQty 1.N2-135 Nitrogen Gas Generator System to include: combination pre-filter1system with automatic drains, high performance membrane module, systempressure and gas purity controls, final membrane filter, and (1) year standardsystem warranty 2.Installation Kit13.N2-135-PM Annual Preventative Maintenance Contract includes: semi-1annual site technician visit, installation check, replacement and disposalof all consumables, o-ring and gasket service, automatic drain service,restart, activities report and service sticker.4.Estimated shipping fees1 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing and 333999, All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing. Interested Small Business concerns should respond with a capability statement no later than August 8, 2011 with length no longer than 10 pages. Capability statements must include a list of available products to include prices. Please reference the sources sought number on all related correspondence. No collect calls will be accepted. Please include Notification No. NIHDA2011226 on all submitted correspondence. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to award a contract now or in the future. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses under this announcement. Any proprietary information should be so marked. This request is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this announcement. Interested organizations presenting a capability statement in response to this sources sought announcement must identify their size status and NAICS Codes Certifications.
