- Sole Source Intent. The U.S. Army Mission & Installation Contracting Command Center (MICC) -Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) located in Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract with RENK LABECO Test Systems 156 E. Harrison Street Mooresville, Indiana 46158-1625 for the quantity of one LMPEC Chassis Dynamometer Service and Training. Renk LABECO Test Systems is the original manufacturer of the LMPEC Chassis Dynamometer. Renk LABECO Test Systems Corporation has the knowledge and expertise to perform a complete system checkout and evaluation. The requirement also includes training. Renk LABECO Test Systems Corporation also has the knowledge, experience and expertise to provide adequate operation and maintenance training. Renk LABECO Test Systems also holds proprietary software to control the operation of the system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 with a size 4.5 million. Any award resulting from this requirement will be issued pursuant to FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Far 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures-FAC 2005-53 effective 05 July 2011. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide this product, you may submit technical literature showing your capability of meeting the Government's requirement by 8 August 2011 at 8:00AM MST. All inquiries shall be clearly marked with solicitation number W9124R-11-T-1042 and faxed to 928-328-6849 or emailed to the point of contact listed below. In order to protect propriety information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information, all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed items.
