Description

Perfromance Work Statement RFQ SF-1449 CG Letter Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to perform preventative maintenance, routine & emergency repairs to gas and oil fired equipment at the Coast Guard Academy as provided in the attached Performance Work Statement. Technical question can be answered by Mr. David Piermattei at (860)701-6593. See attached Performance Work Statement for detailed requirements. Base Year - October 1, 2011 thru September 30, 2012. Option Year One (01) - October 1, 2012 thru September 30, 2013. Option Year Two (02) - October 1, 2013 thru September 30, 2014. Option Year Three (03) - October 1, 2014 thru September 30, 2015. Option Year Four (04) - October 2, 2015 thru September 30, 2016.
