- Sole Brand Justification Attachment A: WAPA Form 3000-72 Foreign National Data Card RFQ DE-RQ65-11WJ93850 Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for Doble Circuit Breaker Motion Analyzer to include one day classroom training. Quantity 3ea. Delivery shall be approximately 60 days after notification of award. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Request for Quotes will be issued electronically on or about June 27, 2011. Quotes may be faxed to 970-240-6314, mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 1800 S Rio Grande Avenue, Montrose, CO 81401, e-mailed to eray@wapa.gov, or submitted electronically. Prospective contractors must complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with its required registration in CCR, and must update its reps and certs annually in ORCA. Prospective contractors must ensure their CCR registration includes the NAICS Code 334515 and that the Contractor meets the size standard requirement of 500 Employees in order to submit a quote in response to this solicitation. Quotes are due by 4:00 PM Mountain Daylight Savings Time on Friday, August 5, 2011.
