- The solicitation will be issued on or about July 25, 2011. There will be one pre-bid site visit meeting which will be held on August 04, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the BH 132 Conference Room, VAMC, Washington, D.C. 20422. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. All questions generated from the site visit shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer (email address: Gracie.davis@va.gov, phone 202-745-2452. The deadline for questions pertaining to the solicitation is August 11, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. Prospective contractors can obtain solicitation documents, which are only available in.pdf electronic format, by registering and downloading plans and specifications from FedBizOpps website www.fbo.gov. Bid opening date is August 30, 2011 at 11 a.m. EST. A public bid opening will be at the VA Medical Center, BH 132 Conference Room, 50 Irving Street, N.W, Washington DC 20422. The procurement is subject to availability of funds.
