Description
This acquisition is for a Firm Fixed Price Repair contract for a Test Adapter, Circuit Card, Fixed Attenuator, Power Supply, and Digital Computer. The requirement has a Basic and 2 Option Years. This Tester System from Boeing consists of: NSN: 4920-01-102-3398KKV, P/N: 220-10105-116 Test Adapter, Qty 3 EA; NSN: 5998-01-094-1057KV, P/N Circuit Card, Qty 3 EA; NSN: 5998-01-094-4062KV, Circuit Card, Qty 2 EA; 5998-01-105-2953KV, Circuit Card, Qty 8 EA; NSN: 5985-01-442-1405KV, Fixed Attenuator, Qty 5 EA; NSN: 6130-01-102-5935KV, Power Supply, Qty 3 EA; NSN: 7021-01-102-3053KV, Digital Computer, Qty 4 EA; NSN: 7021-01-354-4830KV, Digital Computer, Qty 3 EA with Basic Contract Qty. FOB Origin. Delivery SW3119 Depot, Warner Robins, GA 31098. Delivery schedule: 210 days ARO. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. To request a copy of this solicitation, go to http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 10 August 2011 with approximate response date of 10 September 2011. The proposed contract action is for repairs for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to Boeing (81205). Authority of 6.302-1, Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and other sources of data as will be stated in RFP. Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
