- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District, is soliciting quotes for the appraisal of 10 acres in support of the Modified Water Deliveries to Everglades National Park Project (south side of Tamiami Trail, Miami Dade County, FL). The delivery date will be 15 September 2011. The contractor shall adhere to the specifications listed in the performance work statement (PWS). The NAICS code will be 531320 - Offices of Real Estate Appraisers, size standard is no more than $2,000,000.00. The FSC code will be R411 - Real Estate Appraisals. Solicitation W912EP 11-T-0039 will be posted on FedBizOpps offers will be due by 8 August 2011 by 12:00pm EST. No phone or fax requests for a copy of solicitation will be accepted. The title of this solicitation will be "Land Appraisal South Side of the Tamiami Trail, Miami-Dade County, FL". In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested vendors must REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If you are not registered, the Government is not responsible with providing you with notification of any changes to this solicitation. In addition, in order to generate a Plan Holders List, all interested bidders must also REGISTER AS AN INTERESTED VENDOR which is also located on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Registration Requirements: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR), applies to this procurement. You must be registered in the CCR in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense CCR database prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
