- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUCEMENT ONLY. There is no solicitation at this time. This synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of conduction market research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Responses to this announcement are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses will not be used for evaluation in any resultant solicitation for this requirement. The government shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred in response to this sources sought announcement. Participation is strictly voluntary. The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Ft. Stewart, Georgia has an anticipated requirement to provide service and repair of all equipment and hardware associated with the functionality of the Acoustic Technology Inc. (ATI) Systems Early Warning/Public Address System. The system is located at Fort Stewart, Georgia (Liberty County) and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia (Chatham County) and are aproximately 35 miles apart. Interested respondents have until 5:00PM EST on 5 August 2011 to submit their company's information. This information must include evidence of meeting the inspection and testing, preventative maintenance service, and repair needs. In addition the contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Responses shall be sent via email to brett.zeigler@us.army.mil AND jimmy.frye@us.army.mil.
