Description: The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to update the RFP with the following previously announced extended due dates which were omitted from Amendment 0002:1) the due date for questions in paragraph L.4 is updated from July 11, 2011 to July 18, 20011; and2) the due date for proposals in paragraph L.13 is updated from August 1, 2011 to August 8, 2011. This amendment, as well as the RFP and all documents related to this procurement will only be available on the AQD website at http://www.aqd.nbc.gov/Business/openmarket.aspx under RFP # D11PS18974.
