- 12 Month Forecast for upcoming CSA Renewals This Special Notice is for informational purposes only. The attached spreadsheet is a 12-month forecast for upcoming possible solicitations originating from the 38 CEG/PKK. No response is required/requested for this Special Notice. In accordance with Air Force (AF) Instruction 33-111, the 38th CEG is the only authorized contracting office to order local exchange telephone services for the AF including Air National Guard, AF Reserve and AF recruiting offices. 38 CEG/PKK has requirements, on an as-needed basis, for acquiring local telephone exchange services for all AF sites throughout the United States (CONUS). These CSA's may have a five-year period of performance. Local telecommunications services shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for ISDN PRI's, local exchange trunks, transport channels, point-to-point circuits, commercial business lines, internet services, voice mail, directory number and number portability, operator and directory assistance, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier.
