- RFQ DESCRIPTION: This posting is for Laundry and Linen Rental Services to provide a Naval Branch Health Clinic with clean and serviceable supplies delivered weekly to meet the demands of patient caseload. LOCATION: Kingsville, TX. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N00183-11-T-0366. Please see the attached RFQ to review the incorporated FAR Clauses, Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Clause, local clauses, and description of supplies/services. Period of performance is 12 months base and two 12 months option years. Delivery is FOB Destination. Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code: 812331 Size Standard: $14.0 M The Government reserves the right to make an all or nothing award.
