- This pre-solicitation notice is for Musical Instruments and Supplies for the 198th Army Band, Rochester NY, 14609-1098. The award will be a fixed price contract, 100% for Small Business Set-Aside, with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 451140, size standard of 500 employees or less to qualify. The solicitation will be posted on or about 26 July 2011 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. Make sure that your company is certified small business before taking the time to complete the solicitation. We will not award to your company if classified as a large company. THE QUOTE DUE DATE WILL BE LISTED IN THE SOLICITATION. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to participate on this requirement or whenever doing business with the Federal Government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award. Once a DUNS number is obtained, it is HIGHLY recommended that you complete your company's Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at the website https://orca.bpn.gov/
