Description

NOTICE!!! This synopsis is hereby amended to remove all reference to NSN 1560-01-065-3835, part number 212-062-679-1. This will change the subsequent solicitation package from a multiple NSN solicitation package to a single NSN solicitation package. NSNs 1560-01-083-7468 and 1560-01-065-3835, proposed Requirements Type Contract (IQC) with (1) Base Year plus (4) Option Years. This procurement was authorized by purchase request number IQC10180009006. This is solicited with FOB at Origin, with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This is as Unrestricted, using other than Full and Open Competition. These items are listed as Tank, Fuel Aircraft. These items are part numbered items: 2F1-6-42416 and 212-062-679-1 (MEGGITT (ROCKMART), INC. CAGE: 56221) they are the only approved source of supply for this item. These items are not Critical Safety Item (CSI) per the website as of May 9, 2011. These items are Critical Application Items (CAI). These items are not commercial per SAP interrogation on May 9, 2011. Surge is not required per Surge and Sustainment Website May 9, 2011. Progress payments are not included IAW FAR 32.5. ABVS is included. Delivery will be between 37 and 92 DARO. Possible stock locations include: Continental, United States. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The solicitation will be available on or about June 2011. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. Electronic quotes are NOT acceptable for this solicitation.
