- NSN 1680-00-705-2707, SPM4A711R1412, IQC:10334009001, P/N: 3-7346-1 Item: Cylinder Assembly, Reaction, T-38 Aircraft. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are available in CFolders. This procurement is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base year, O=Option Year). Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=32/ Minimum Order Quantity: B=32, O=32/ Maximum Contract Quantity: B=125, O=125/ Estimated annual quantity: B=125, O=125 (See solicitation for additional details). Government First Article Testing of 1 unit applies to this procurement. The First Article Unit requested delivery is 96 days from the date of award. The Production requested delivery is 96 days from government acceptance/approval of the First Article. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Item is Critical Application, Export Control, Configuration Control applies and Part Numbered Item. Item description is in accordance with Design Oil, Cage (0R2T5), Johnson Manufacturing INC, Cage (1SJ80), G. S. E. Dynamics INC, Cage (29183), Essner Manufacturing L.P., Cage (2B834), International Precision INC, Cage (3H683), Northrop Grumman System, Cage (0JRC1), AND Northwest machining & Manufacturing, Cage (9J448). Surge is not required. Only offers received from valid Small Business entities will be considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
