- Solicitation package for 40' duffle bags. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Duffle Bags for the US Coast Guard. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quotation (RFQ) is HSCG33-11-Q-DTB752. The synopsis/solicitation constitutes a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses as outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (see attached). This solicitation is being set-aside for Total Small Business. Contractor is to provide quote for 5.11 CAMS 40" Outbound duffle bags (95 each). Must be exact items due to standardization concerns. Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses are included in this solicitation and are applicable (see attached). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 316991 with a size standard of 500. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract.
