Description
OPM18-11-Q-0002 Amendment SF30 Notices to Potential Offerors 1. Small Business Set-Aside This solicitation is being procured as a 100% set-aside for small business under The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 611710, Educational Support Services, and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. 2. Vendor Day The Office of Personnel Management will host a Vendor Day in response to this RFP. Vendor Day will be held on June 20, 2011, 1 to 4 pm EST at the following location: US Office of Personnel Management Campbell Auditorium 1900 E Street NW Washington, DC 20415 This will allow potential offerors the opportunity to receive further information and clarification regarding this RFP as well as address any questions. All offerors interested in attending this event must submit the following information to OPMproposals@opm.gov with the following format in the subject line: Name of Company - Vendor no later than 12:00 noon est June 16, 2011. 3. Questions If you have questions regarding this RFP or the acquisition itself, please e-mail them to OPMproposals@opm.gov. OPM will attempt to answer all questions in sufficient time to allow offerors to use the information in preparing their proposals. However, in order to assure that we can do this, ALL questions must be received via email no later than 12:00 PM, EST, June 27, 2011. 4. Proposal due All proposals for this solicitation are to be submitted via email (electronic submissions only) to clcsedsvcs@opm.gov no later than 4:00 pm EST, August 26, 2011. 5. Federal Government Employees In conducting this solicitation, OPM will comply with all aspects of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), including FAR 5.3, Synopses of Contract Awards, which deals with synopsizing and publicly announcing contract awards. Contract award will mean signature of the contractual documents, in this case, the BPAs, by the Contracting Officer and forwarding of the contractual documents to the contract awardees (who thereafter will be referred to as "contractors"). Pursuant to FAR 3.601, OPM may not award a contract to a Government employee or to a business concern or organization owned or substantially owned or controlled by one or more Government employees. Again, contract award means signature of the BPAs by the Contracting Officer and the contracts may not be awarded to Government employees. 6. Award The Government intends to award up to three hundred (300) Blanket Purchasing Agreements (BPA) to the offerors who provides the overall best value as determined by the Government.
