- Amendment to Solicitation FA8630-11-R-5038 THIS IS A SOLICITATION MODIFICATION. Extension to 29 Jul 2011, proposals due by 5pm Eastern. There is a CHANGE to CLIN in regards to the products will NOT be delivered to Temple Hills MD. The Freight Forwarder will pick up at Manufacturer facility. This is the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purchase of two (2) Light Duty Conventional Tow Vehicles (Tow Trucks) in support of the Pakistan Air Force.
