Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 22 - Network Contracting Activity Office is seeking Contractors interested in providing remote engineering and technical support service for the NEC 2400, PBX/IPX telephone system and switch at the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS) under a firm fixed-price contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12 & Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13). The Contractor shall be required to provide but not limited to the following services under a Resolve Program: Telephone Engineering Support, Remote Engineering Support, On Site Field Service Engineer, Preventive Maintenance System Audit, Documentation, and NTAC online access under a 'RESOLVE Program. Proposals will be considered only from those Contractors who have a well established business and are fully authorized NEC manufacturer provider. The solicitation will be available on or about August 4, 2011. Solicitation, amendments and other miscellaneous documents shall be posted on FedBizOpps (http://www.fbo.gov). Each contractor shall be responsible for reviewing this website for amendments, updates, or changes to current information. Inquiries will only be accepted by e-mail or facsimile at (562) 961-1359.
