Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE-SOURCE BASIS: Pursuant of FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements," the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Federal Investigative Services Division (FISD) intends to award a sole-source order for Leadership Training to O.C. Tanner Co. A requirement for the Leadership Training was recently publicized, competed, and awarded. The North American Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for action is 611710 -Educational Training Services. This is not a solicitation for quotations, but rather a notice of the Agency's intent to make a sole-source award to O.C. Tanner Co. There will be no solicitation issued or available. This notice is for information only. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS, AN INVITATION FOR BIDS, OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
