- This is a combined Synopsis Solicitation, this is a Sole Source Requirement with Fillpro, Inc. 17301 W Colfax Ave Ste 302, Golden, CO 80401-4892 for Upgrades to 7000 Series Scales. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quote (RFP) N00174-11-T-0090 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Solicitations are ONLY available through download from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov and NECO at www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors are ineligible for award unless registered in DOD s Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for the NAICS code 334515, Size Standard 500 Employees, of this synopsis within Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov). Information regarding CCR and ORCA can be found through the Business Partners Network (BPN at http://www.bpn.go). Offerors must provide with their proposal a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (June 2003).
