- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD FOR HERMAN MILLER In 2004, Global Financial Service Center entered purchased, furnished and installed Herman Miller Office Equipment (desks, chairs, cubicles and cubicle components) through Alfred Williams & Company. In upholding and maintaining consistent and proper department protocol, Global Financial Services requires procurement of Herman Miller Office Equipment off GSA contract (GS-28F-8049H). GFSC is also recommending Alfred Williams & Company (Herman Miller reseller) provide the equipment, deliver and install the procurement request. If another reseller is awarded this procurement request, they must be able to provide the same protocol to complete the scope of work provided by Alfred Williams & Company.
