Description: This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-11-T-0089 will be issued upon determination. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-C9D. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 333313 and the business size standard is NTE 6.5 million. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows. ITEM 0001 Compact Van/Wagon (Fuji), ITEM 0002 Compact Van/Cargo (Foster), ITEM 0003 Compact Pickup/Cab-Over (Fuji), ITEM 0004 AA Pickup Truck (Foster), ITEM 0004 AB Pickup Truck (Fuji), ITEM 0005 Pickup Truck/w Rear Cargo Box (Foster) and ITEM 0006 Stake Truck (Foster). OFFERORS MUST POSSESS A JAPANESE BUSINESS LICENSE OR OTHERWISE HAVE AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM SERVICES IN JAPAN INI ACCORDANCE WITH DFARS 252.225-7042. THE BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS SPECIFIED UNDER œADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONSS TO OFFEROR IN THIS SOLILICIATION TO BE CONSIDERED AS RESPONSIBLE OFFERORS. ALL OFFERS SHALL BE PRICED IN US DOLLAR. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal.
