- Description
- Item 0001: 1730009977126RN, Part Number 4S90006-101B, Hydraulic Trip Jack. A portable self-contained unit with a manually operated hydraulic pump and a pneumatic hydraulic pump mounted on the jack cylinder base. The single-stage lift consists of a large ram with long extension screws encased within the jack cylinder tube. The fluid reservoir is integral with the cylinder and reservoir weldment enclosing the jack cylinder tube. The entire hydraulic cylinder assembly, hydraulic pumps, ram, cylinder, and reservoir are supported by a spring loaded suspension system within a three-wheeled support structure. The wheeled structure supports the cylinder assembly when not under full load. The design allows the jack to be towed to the lift site and to be maneuvered under the load. Dimensions: Approx 10' tall (collapsed). Weight approx 2200 lbs. Three legs of tri-pod would be contained within a 12' circle at ground level. This requirement is for four (4) each. The delivery schedule is 210 calendar days ARO contract. Delivery is to Lackland AFB, TX. Acquisition is being issued on a sole source to Columbus Jack basis under authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Columbus Jack retains proprietary rights to the data. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
