Description

The Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC 28533 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Livingworks Education L.P. cage code (68JP3) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Marine Wing Headquarters Sqaudron 2, MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for Asist X Materials-English Kits, including participant kit with ebook handbook, (workbook, wallet card, Suicide Intervention Handbook on cd-rom, certificate background and feedback forms, (2) stickers). Market research has revealed this contractor is the only source capable of providing the required items. Therefore, the government intends to procure these supplies on a sole source basis from Livingworks Education L.P.. ˜ THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all quotes received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and unique capabilities to respond to this requirement or submit their quote. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
