- SYNOPSIS FOR HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATORS DLA Maritime “ Puget Sound & IMF is issuing a solicitation and subsequently a Firm Fixed Price Contract for eleven (11) Hydraulic Accumulators to support Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & IMF, Bremerton, WA. Requirements: CLIN 0001: 11 Hydraulic Accumulators per Drawing (DWG) 8468856. Specifications: Hydraulic Accumulators per DWG 8468856; Certification documents attesting to satisfactory hydrostatic and leak testing per DWG 8468856. Delivery: F.O.B Destination The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332912 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is an unrestricted solicitation and all qualified quoters may submit quotes. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website https://www.neco.navy.mil/. Prospective quoters are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the quoter to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. The solicitation shall be posted on or about 25 July 211 with a response date of on or about 26 August 2011. The buyer will NOT provide a hard copy of the Solicitation package. Quoter must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database before an award can be made to them. If the quoter is not registered in the CCR, it may do so through the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov.
