- U.S. GOVERNMENT 1CA2295 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Santa Ana Delineated Area:  North: Katella Avenue  South: W 1st Street  East: N Glassell Street/ Grand Avenue  West: Harbor Boulevard Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,795 RSF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,604 ANSI BOMA USF/ Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 40 secure, reserved parking spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): See "Parking Spaces (Total)" above Parking Spaces (Structured): See "Parking Spaces (Total)" above Parking Spaces (Reserved): See "Parking Spaces (Total)" above Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: The offered location must be professional in appearance, well-maintained, of modern design, and of sound and substantial construction. The offered location shall be in a professional office setting, and shall not be located within the 100 year floodplain unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
