- DHS-11000-6 NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for the purchase and installation of a closed circuit television (CCTV) system at a federal facility in Plantation, Florida. This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The requirement is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561621. The information contained in the Scope of Work is considered sensitive and is not being posted on this site. Interested parties should complete and sign attached Non-Disclosure Agreement Form (DHS Form 11000-6) and email it to valerie.frazier@dhs.gov in order to gain access to project information. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be described and provided in the solicitation. Also drawings of the site are available upon request. The contractor is required to register with the Department of Defense Central Contractor Register (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that is not registered.
