- Solicitation for Health Insurance for LES of US Embassy, Islamabad, Pakistan. The requirement is for customized Group Health Insurance coverage for Locally Engaged Staff at the American Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan and U.S. Consulates of Karachi, Lahore, & Peshawar and employees at Quetta, Pakistan. Anticipated performance for one base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the US Government. No electronic offers or proposals will be accepted. Response time reflected above is 3:00 pm Pakistani time (+5 GMT), which is equal to 6:00 am US Eastern time.
