- This requirement is an emergency non stock listed procurement PR(s): FB206511920722 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 327212 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 750 The purchase of: (a) Window Glass PN: J49W0049 Rev Qty: 30 Justification for Sole Source Acquisition: This item is to be used ol1th. HUD I'N A06A0781·4 on RCC: MIFIH. It is a Window Glass that Reynard Corp can manufacture. (However it is obsolete and they no longer carry it in stock to purchase). Purchase of subject item is needed to prevent a work stoppage on the HUD Assy. PNA06A43-4 and control number 61160A. for Fl5 avionics. This item is coded obsolete but has a replacement of 2 per year, so to insure our operational capability till 2025 we need to order 30 on a one time buy. Reynard Corp. (92673) has furnished us with a quote and are ISO 9000 certified. Reynard Corp. is the only known company that can furnish us with the quantity required. Only quotes for new equipment will be considered. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is NLT 31 August 2011.
