- This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. However, all small business concerns are encouraged to respond. If a fair and reasonable quote in line with the Government Estimate is NOT received by a responsible and responsive: 1). Small Disadvantaged Business, 2). Woman Owned Business, 3). HUB Zone concerns, 4). Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or 5). Small Business all quotes received from will be considered without further notice if in line with the Government Estimate. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Forest Tree Thinning Operations in the Southern Big Horn Mountain Range LOCATION: Operations will take place in (T40N/R85W Section 4). The area is accessible from the town of Arminto via the Natrona County 105 (Buffalo Creek Road) to County Road 110 (33 Mile Road) The Project cost is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. There will be only one site visit for this project. Refer to solicitation for date and time. The period of performance will being with a notice to proceed and run 60 days. The estimated start date will be on August 15th, 2011. The Solicitation is to be issued on or about July 20, 2011.
