- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with KeyW Corporation located at 1334 Ashton Road, Suite A, Hanover, MD 21076 for the acquisition of Jugular3 proprietary technologies for quantity of 12 each. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541511. The business size standard is $25 million. The Government anticipates the award on a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.305(a) the justification will be made publicly available within 30 days after award has been made. This notice is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date is July 25, 2011 at 10:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time.
