- i.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii.This is request for proposals (RFP) and is referenced by solicitation number VA-263-11-RP-0550. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. iii.The solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation, which is available at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html iv.The applicable NAICS code is 339112, which is categorized by 500 or less employees. In accordance with FAR part 19 - Small Business Programs, preference may be given to small businesses. v.
