RFQ Revised 18 Jul 2011 PWS Revised 18 Jul 2011 18 Jul 2011 Amendment 2 Solicitation number F1M3B20236AC01, Fiber Optic has changed: 1. From Unrestricted to 100% set-aside for small business. 2. Response date has changed from 20 Jul 2011 to 02 Aug 2011. 3. Revised PWS (added paragraph 2.5). Please see attached. 4. A site visit will be conducted on 22 Jul 2011 at 0830. All contractors shall meet on the second floor of bldg 503, Joint Base Charleston. You must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration to get on base. NOTE: Site visit space is limited, therefore vendors are limited to 2 attendees each. The site visit will last until early afternoon on 20 Jul and include a stop at the SPAWAR building on JB CHS Weapons. SPAWAR has elevated entry requirements and attendee information must be sent to the contract administrator, Mr. Stan Farr in advance. Contractors who fail to provide the information requested below may not be allowed into the SPAWAR building and will miss that portion of the site visit. Reply to Mr. Stan Farr No Later Than 1200hrs on Wed, 20 Jul 11 with the following site visit attendee information: a. Full Name. b. Confirmation of US Citizenship. c. Job Title and Company.
