Description

Notice to Contractor: Solicitation number N00259-11-T-0379. This proposed contract action is used for Naval Hospital Twenty Nine Palms requesting OER-PRO Olympus Processor. The source is Olympus America, Inc., CAGE Code: 32212, NAICS: 334510. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will only consider firm, fixed price quotations. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-52.
