- ***CORRECTION**** The Solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Solicitations, Select Request for Proposal (RFP)/Invitation for Bid (IFB) TAB, then select search the RFP/IFB DATABASE. Then choose the RFP you are searching for. RFP'S are in Portable Document Format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. Solicitation for NSN: 2840-01-146-5643/00 41691850, Retainer, Turbine Blade, CFM International Inc., (cage 58828), part #9514M75P07, FOB origin, Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. The only approved source for this item is CFM International. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete Source Approval Request (SAR) package. Solicitation will be for a firm-fixed price quantity of 30 each. The solicitation issue date will be June 20, 2011 with a close date of July 27, 2011. Required delivery will be 96 days ARO. Sampling for Inspection & Testing shall be IAW ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
