- Solicitation and supporting documents will be posted on or about August 4, 2011. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy (RC-North) has a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVO) small business set-aside requirement for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract establishing a new Barracks Bathroom Repair contract. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with sealed bidding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. The Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about August 4, 2011. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract. The performance period under this IDIQ contract will be three one year periods (a base year and two option years). The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $33,500,000.00. All responsible and responsive SDVO sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency. A tentative site visit is scheduled for August 11, 2011, with questions due to the Government on or about August 18, 2011. See solicitation for verification.
