PR No: 0041429994 NSN: 4920-01-586-9342 Approved Sources: HEATCON COMPOSITE SYSTEMS, INC., CAGE 0ED96, P/N HCS9200B-FLM, EXPORT CONTROL drawing applies. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 174 days ARO. Surge requirements do not apply. This item will be shipped to a Stock Location, New Cumberland, PA. Unrestricted other than full and open competition applies. The item is to be utilized AIRCRAFT B-2 BOMBER (ATB).This item is not a commercial item.This solicitation will be issued as a Firm Fixed price type contract for a quantity of 14 each. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about July 29, 2011. The anticipated award date is August 29, 2011. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS on or about July 29, 2011 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
