Description

THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND THE CLOSING DATE TO JULY 18, 2011 AT 2:00 PM AND TO CHANGE THE SECURITY REQUIREMENT ON PAGE 9 OF THE STATEMENT OF WORK TO READ AS FOLLOWS: STATEMENT OF WORK: The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) has a requirement for parking spaces in the San Francisco/Oakland bay area. The parking spaces are used by Special Agents in the Office of Investigations (OI) conducting investigative business in the area. The requirements are as follow: • 6 reserved parking spaces for GOV's • Parking location must be within one block distance of 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, CA 94612, allowing quick and easy access to agents in case of an emergency • Garage shall have 24/7 access either through key card or transponder to open the gate/door/entrance. (law enforcement vehicles will not be left unsecured due to sensitive enforcement equipment installed in vehicles) • Keys will not be left with an attendant due to sensitive enforcement equipment installed in vehicles • Vehicles cannot be doubled parked The parking boundaries required are within a one-block radius of: 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, CA 94612. Award will be based on the lowest price, technically acceptable offer.
