- Question: There is only one slot - which you added in an amendment - for the COTS software licenses: 0036. Are you expecting the entire COTS enterprise license total for all 130 hospitals to be placed in here, in the Base Year? Or shall we place license costs in the Options as would be more appropriate and just have the Alpha and Beta licenses there? For example, if the COTS product cost $1/facility do you want to see all $130 in CLIN 0036 or see $22 there and the other $108 in Options 1 and 2? Answer: Cost associated with the COTS product should be distributed over the periods in which they are required. Attachment B2 has been updated as follows: CLIN 0036 is revised to specify COTS Product Purchase for Prototype, Alpha and Beta sites CLIN 1013 is added for COTS Product for Option 1 sites CLIN 2013 is added for COTS product for Option 2 sites No extensions will be granted for proposal due date/time.
