Description
Solicitation Solicitation Number: ED-FSA-11-R-0016 Notice Type: Combined Solicitation/Synopsis Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued aside from the attached document entitled ED-FSA-11-R-0016. This requirement is being competed as a Small Business Set Aside under the NAICS code 541910 - Market Research and Public Opinion Polling. The applicable small business size standard for this NAICS code is $7 million. This requirement may result in the award of up to two IDIQ and Task Order (TO) type contracts for the design and implementation of Mystery Shopping Programs to safeguard taxpayers' interest. These services shall be performed at various locations determined by FSA. It is intended that the contract will be for a base period of one year, with four one-year option periods. A more detailed description of the requirement is provided in the attached RFP #ED-FSA-11-R-0016. In accordance with section D in the attached RFP # ED-FSA-11-R-0016: The Offeror shall submit one original copy of the entire proposal via email not later than July 21, 2011 at 12:00 PM EDT. Proposals must be received by Federal Student Aid (FSA) on or before the due date and time specified above. Only information received on or before the due date and time shall be considered for award. Any proposal or part thereof, received after the due date and time, shall be deemed late and will not be considered for award.
