- Janitorial Service 5,100 square feet of space, Airport Traffic Control Tower, Charles B. Wheeler (Downtown) Airport, Kansas City, Missouri, and 6,000 square feet of space, System Support Center, 651 NW Lou Holland Drive, Kansas City, MO. A contract will be awarded for a basE year (OCT 1, 11 - Sept 30, 2012), plus four (04) option years. TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE NAICS: 561720. To be considered for award of this project the contactor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration ()CCR) data base (website www.ccr.gov) to be placed on the mailing list, please submit a request in writing via e-mail to c.o.shepard@faa.gov or tax to (816) 329-3137. The request must include the company name, point of contact, address, phone and fax numbers. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has programs to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire capital and bonding assistance for transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, payment, and performance bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80 percent guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also available under the DOT short Term receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
