Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR COMMERCIAL PRICELIST OR PRICE SUPPORT ALONG WITH YOUR COMPANY'S CAGE CODE, TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, AND DUNS NUMBER. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number W9124P-11-T-0046 is to be a sole source procurement for machined housings from MNT Machine, Inc. in accordance with FAR Part 13. The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 332710. The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone is soliciting a quote from MNT Machine, Inc. for the purchase of: Ten (10) each: part# 227015; Wiretrace cover, Five (5) each: part# 227353; Antenna bottom cover, Five (5) each: part# 227352; Front antenna housing, Ten (10) each: part# 227361; Enclosure, RCV, Sub assembly, Rev C, Two (2) each: part# 227371; Exciter housing, Three (3) each: part# 227392; Exciter top cover, Five (5) each: part# 227048; Internal lid, Five (5) each: part# 227047; MMIC Housing Rev A, Five (5) each: part# 227391; Exciter wave guide cover, Four (4) each: part# 227381; DSP housing, Five (5) each: part# 227376; DC converter housing, Five (5) each: part# 227377; Lid, power converter marking, Five (5) each: part# 227125; Lid 2, power converter marking. These machined housings are for research and development testing to support the development of the semi-active, millimeter wave seeker to be used in the Kinetic Energy Active Protection System interceptor flight test program. Due to the nature of the testing, only products from MNT Machine, Inc. are acceptable to eliminate the possibility of variance. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award.
