- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 to Tel Tech Plus, Inc. 393 enterprise Street, San Marcos, CA 92078. The proposed contract is to furnish and install new electrical circuits, network drops, network equipment, and network connectivity cable to newly refurbished office spaces. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses are due Monday, July 18, 2011 3:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time, via emails ONLY.
