- Description
- This is a notice of intent the AFGLSC anticipates firm fixed price contract for procurement of two (2) spectrum analyzers NSN 6635-01-500-8621 RH part number reference PD02LEEC55. This is a commercial item under generic product description. It is a microwave Spectrum Analyzer, 9 kHz to 30 GHz, used for operation and bid sample testing. The Product Description will be uploaded at the time of solicitation. Delivery Schedule is for 180 day after receipt of order. All units will be shipped FOB origin within the continental United States. The proposed contract action is for a 100% small business set aside. Interested person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. However, the solicitation will be posted within 5 days of this notice. Quotes will be accepted for 20 days following this notice and 15 days following the solicitation. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and /or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contract officer does not satisfy concerns, and ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are resolved through established channels. The purpose of the ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of quotes. When appropriate, potential offerors may contact Ombudsman Kim McDonald, Chief, Contract Policy Division, at 478-222-1058. Please be prepared to identify previous contacts made by you in an attempt to resolve your concerns.
